Auction Terms and Conditions

All Items are to be auctioned off as is. Conditions and descriptions are to be determined by the buyer based on the item pictures unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. Our description cannot guarantee to match your description of an item. All questions concerning auction items, photos, descriptions, or any info about pick up or shipping must be through communication with the auctioneer of the specific auction.

There is a 10% buyer premium and 8% sales tax on all auctions unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. These Fees are added to the bid total and presented on your invoice.

Forms of payment are cash, venmo, cashapp, paypal, and credit card with a 5% transaction fee. NO CHECKS

Auction Pick Up

Help is not provided at the auction pick up locations unless otherwise specified so please bring the appropriate help to pick up your items. Pick up dates and times are in the Additional Notes Tab. Failure to pick up/ pay for your items during the scheduled pick up time will result in a permanent ban of bidding on future auctions. All items must be picked up during the pick up Date and Time scheduled by the auctioneer. If you are not able to load ALL of you items there will be a $10 per item/per day storage fee. There is no alternative pick up day/time unless otherwise discussed with the auctioneer before bidding. Failure to pay the storage fees will result in a permanent ban of bidding on future auctions.

Placing a bid constitutes a binding offer between the bidder and the owner/seller that cannot be retracted or reversed. If the bid is accepted, you have entered a contractual obligation to buy the merchandise at the price stated as your bid and includes auction fees and taxes.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time.

Shipping

Shipping is available worldwide for specified items. If items are to be shipped, items will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days from the end date of the auction. Shipping may not be available for large items. If you have question about shipping a certain item, please contact the auctioneer

Auction Previews

Auction Previews are available by Appointment ONLY

Soft Close Auction/Extended Bidding

If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of and ending item, the end time will be automatically extended for few minutres from the time the bid was placed. This process will continue until the bidding activity has stopped.

The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for any service interruptions or technical issues involving the Auction itself nor the bidders personal technical difficulties.
